During a lifetime, your body develops movement patterns that support your activities, sports and lifestyle. It serves your desires. It is normal to develop imbalances and asymmetries in the muscles. Until inflammation, aches and pains arise.

The body can be re-trained back to a homeostasis through a tuning in and body awareness. This is exactly what Bev helps you do. Reset.

Bev has bodywork tools emerging from a variety of modalities and experience working with hundreds of clients over the years. She hones in on you, the specific goals you share and what your body shows it wants as she works alongside you and your body.

Whether its a young athlete seeking to prevent injury and improve performance or an active adult who wants to maintain their lifestyle, Bev looks at each body uniquely for what is there and works with the individual system to find results.

These sessions are well served as prevention as well. Checking in monthly can catch kinestetic patterns before they settle in.

Bev will ask about your goals and if there are any body regions you want to focus on. Bev uses range of motion and muscle testing to identify specific positions where the body needs attention and re-connection.

Some people also see Bev for total body restoration. In these sessions she will guide you through a variety of exercises, stretches and breath work to reset and nourish the joints.

Bev might work with you indoors, outdoors, on a massage table, on the floor or a combination of both. She is versatile and makes choices based upon needs and wants.

1 session: We will review your intake form and your goals. Bev may perform a thorough range of motion evaluation on your areas of concern and neighboring joints and share what she observes so you can compare it to what you feel. There may be time to test specific positions and muscles and perform a couple exercises. You can learn a lot about your body in this 1st session, but it is recommended to plan for 3-5 to see progress.

3-5 sessions: Using the information from the first session, we check in on whether patterns from the first session are acute or chronic and explore further into the possible origins. It takes 3-5 sessions to work through the entire body and sometimes one region needs attention across several sessions. Allowing yourself this time to heal is beneficial.

5+ sessions: You may have patterns in your body that have been there your whole life, so the body may need regular reinforcement as it returns to more sustainable movement sequences. Checking in a few times a year or once a month is an investment in prevention for your body.

Cost: $125 per 60 minute session, $75 for 30 minutes - can be shared with others and scheduled as a mini group class to restore both you and those you care about.

Most sessions are held at Sacred Roots Massage School at 875 Bridger Drive, Bozeman Montana, but arrangements for alternative locations can be made.
